1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "5111jl" / "We" / "Us" / "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operating under the domain 5111jl.net, licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "You" / "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the 5111jl platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the 5111jl platform through which gaming and financial services are accessed.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment processing, customer support, and related services provided by 5111jl.
• "Funds" refers to the Philippine Peso (PHP) balance held within a Player's 5111jl Account, including deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts subject to applicable terms.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's account by 5111jl as part of a promotional offer, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations before withdrawal of funds is permitted.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body under whose license 5111jl operates.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the 5111jl platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 5111jl governing your use of the Services.

By completing the registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox during registration, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the 5111jl platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

5111jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Use of the 5111jl platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online casino gaming in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

5111jl employs age verification checks during the registration and KYC process. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and real-money deposits will be returned to the depositing payment method after deduction of any applicable processing fees.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 5111jl platform is designed and licensed to serve players located in the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and in potential violation of local laws. 5111jl makes no representations regarding the legality of its services outside the Philippines.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register an Account with 5111jl, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID
• Valid date of birth confirming age of 21 or above
• A valid and active email address accessible by you
• A valid Philippine mobile number
• Residential address within the Philippines

Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the 5111jl platform. If 5111jl identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual — identified by name, payment method, device, IP address, or other identifying data — 5111jl reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts, forfeit all Bonus Funds associated with those accounts, and withhold any winnings derived from Bonus Funds pending investigation.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 5111jl Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication methods associated with your account. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access or use your account, or access or use another player's account.

5111jl will not be liable for any losses, including financial losses, arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify 5111jl immediately at support@5111jl.net if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4.2 KYC Verification

5111jl is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS/Pag-IBIG ID, Voter's ID)
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID
• Proof of address dated within the last 90 days (e.g., utility bill, bank statement) where required

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may result in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is complete.

4.3 Account Dormancy

An Account will be considered dormant after a continuous period of twelve (12) months without any login activity. 5111jl will make reasonable efforts to contact the Account holder via registered email prior to applying any dormancy fee. A monthly maintenance fee may be applied to dormant accounts in accordance with the dormancy schedule published on the platform, until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5111jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Bank Transfer, BDO Bank Transfer, Metrobank Bank Transfer, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ cash-in (deposits only). All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your 5111jl account balance within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect depending on the sending institution's processing schedule. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 5111jl does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification and must comply with the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the account (source-of-funds rule)
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes during business hours
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days
• Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

5111jl is obligated to comply with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended, and all related AMLC regulations. 5111jl may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your Account. Any transactions suspected of being connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotional offers, free bet credits, and special incentives offered by 5111jl are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. The following general provisions apply to all 5111jl promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus offers are available only to eligible players who have completed account registration and, where specified, identity verification
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise specified
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable cash balance
• 5111jl reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice in cases of suspected abuse
• Any attempt to exploit bonus structures through coordinated play, use of multiple accounts, or other abusive strategies will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and may result in permanent account closure
• Bonuses have a stated validity period; Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not been used or wagered within the validity period will be removed from the account automatically

7 Gaming Rules

All games available on the 5111jl platform are governed by individual game rules published within each respective game interface or game information panel. By participating in any game, you accept the applicable game-specific rules in addition to these Terms.

5111jl's casino games utilize certified random number generation (RNG) technology from licensed third-party game providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the provider in accordance with their certification and are not modified by 5111jl.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that interrupts a game round, 5111jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve the affected round based on the last confirmed game state recorded in our system logs. Where resolution is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account balance. 5111jl's decision regarding disputed game outcomes shall be final and binding.

For sports betting, all markets are governed by 5111jl's Sports Betting Rules, which address event postponement, abandonment, void bets, and in-play betting regulations. These rules are available within the sportsbook section of the platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5111jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and Bonus Funds, and may result in reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC
• Using automated bots, scripts, software exploits, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer table games or sportsbook markets
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from known or unknown software errors are void
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or other criminal activity
• Charging back deposits processed via GCash, Maya, or bank transfer after utilizing the deposited funds for gaming
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any person under 21 years of age

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 5111jl platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, user interface elements, game graphics (where hosted by 5111jl), text, and software — is the property of 5111jl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 5111jl platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 5111jl content without our express prior written consent.

The 5111jl name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks or service marks of 5111jl. Unauthorized use of any 5111jl trademark is prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5111jl shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials
• Losses resulting from interruptions to the platform caused by third-party service providers, internet service disruptions, or force majeure events
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the 5111jl platform
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform that was accurate at time of publication but subsequently changed
• Technical malfunctions in third-party payment systems, including GCash, Maya, or Philippine banking infrastructure, that delay or affect deposit or withdrawal processing

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 5111jl's liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

5111jl's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

5111jl collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and applicable regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

By registering an Account, you consent to 5111jl collecting and processing your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, regulatory reporting, fraud prevention, and where you have opted in, direct marketing communications.

12 Responsible Gaming

5111jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players on the platform. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion options.

If you believe that your gambling may have become problematic, we encourage you to:

• Use 5111jl's self-exclusion tool to suspend your account for a period of your choosing
• Set deposit limits via your Account Settings to cap your daily, weekly, or monthly deposits
• Contact 5111jl support to request a temporary or permanent account closure

13 Termination & Account Closure

5111jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Any actual or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Actual or suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Actual or suspected collusion or use of prohibited software
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider
• A regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority

You may voluntarily close your 5111jl Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to applicable KYC requirements having been met.

In cases where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, 5111jl reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation, and to forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the 5111jl platform, or any transaction conducted through the platform, you agree to first contact 5111jl's customer support team to attempt an informal resolution. 5111jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve any legitimate complaint within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process, as 5111jl operates under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. You agree that PAGCOR's decision in any regulatory dispute shall be binding.

Any legal action not subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15 Amendments to These Terms

5111jl reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at 5111jl.net/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.

Where amendments are material — for example, changes to payment terms, dispute resolution procedures, or significant new restrictions on use — 5111jl will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes.

Your continued use of the 5111jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.
